Depending on the service you select, please allow up to 1 - 3 business days for processing. Our shipping department is open Monday through Friday 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. PST. Orders placed after 12 p.m. are processed the following business day. Orders are not processed on the weekend.

Once we ship your order you will receive an email with a shipping notification containing your tracking number. Once you have your tracking number you may visit the shipping carriers website and enter tracking number to see the updated shipping status.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We generally process orders as soon as we receive them.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
