Online Store Return Policy - 
Our policy lasts within a 14 day window of purchase. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a full refund. However, we do allow exchanges. Customers are responsible for shipping costs.

To be eligible for a return/exchange, your item must be unused, unworn and in the same condition that you received it (no damages). It must also be in the original packaging (with tags and liners attached).We strongly recommend you try on swimwear over underwear for sanitary reasons. Do not remove protective slip.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
-Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
-Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

For returning Pre-Orders please contact customer service on the phone or email to get your return started. Pre-Orders have 14 days from shipment to receive a full refund on their items.

Pop Up Shop Return Policy-

ALL SALES ARE FINAL, when purchasing in person at our pop up shops. 

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged.

Items that are non-refundable: 

• Items marked as final sale.
• Sale items including items purchased during flash sales or with a code.
• Accessories are final sale.
• Free gifts or promotional items with retail value.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item (but different sizing or color), send us an email at info@naluskye57.com

• In the email, please write your: 1. Order Number 2. Name and 3. The reason for the return. 
• We will respond within 24 hours or sooner.
